Leviathan Sex Cult?

All right, I admit I did that to grab people's attention. 

But I am serious, too, although maybe "fertility cult" might be a better term.

I don't recall noticing this last time around, or reading anyone else saying this, but that Leviathan monument/altar looks very much like a visual representation of male and female sexuality.

I first noticed the design on the upright as being very phallic ... I don't want to offend anyone's sensibilities, but if you look just below the snake heads, you'll know what I mean ...  And the shape of the entire stone itself could certainly be interpreted as being phallic.

As if that isn't enough, the horizontal altar slab placed strategically in front of the vertical upright reinforces this male/female sexual imagery.  To top it all off, the altar then parted, with the upright piece standing tall between it ... do I need to say more?

Well, male AND female.  I may not have been explicit enough ... the horizontal altar is "female" ... perceptions of this were reinforced when it "parted" to symbolically "receive" the vertical "member."  In other words, the opening of the altar (with the standing stone between it) symbolically enacted sexual union between the female "goddess" and male "god."

I hope that's clear enough!

I didn't realize this at first, but after posting last night I realized that there's further confirmation that I'm on track about this --

The symbolically enacted sexual union brings forth the Leviathan child -- Barnabas literally steps out from the divided altar carrying the box with the Leviathan baby (or its essense or spirit or whatever), heralding the birth of the long-awaited Leviathan Age on earth.
