We have no idea who is selling this shirt, so this post is in no way an endorsement of the shirt or the seller. The post is provided simply to make people aware of the shirt and to proceed at their own risk...
That being said, though, it does seem like a nice shirt...

I can say with a fair degree of certainty that at least one of the signatures pictured was not authorized by its owner to appear or be sold.

If one of them wasn't, chances are they all weren't. Especially considering one of the people has passed on and it's highly unlikely that person gave the seller their signature rights before passing.

Despite the fact that they most probably have none of the rights to sell them, apparently the shirt come in many styles:

What shouts out to me the "unofficialness" of these products is the absurd randomness of celebrating the "53rd Anniversary"...

I came across a 53rd Monkees anniversary T-shirt on facebook. Probably same creator. The 53rd angle is quite funny.

These items seem to be popping up more and more frequently. The phrases "Limited time only" and "Not available in stores" are usually a dead giveaway that it's not on the up and up. As is the photoshopped picture of someone holding the item in the same position in every ad. The multiple outlets offering the same item may well be the same source. These ads do get shut down eventually but they can just resume business under one of the other names.
You may or may not receive the item that you ordered. And it may not be close to the quality that appears in the ad. Customer service for these places is virtually nonexistent. Your credit card company may reimburse you if there's a definite problem but that can take some time.
The products are definitely unlicensed.
