Hawkes Harbor revisits the early Barnabas/Maggie storyline. It's told from the perspective of Willie Loomis, who is called Jamie Sommers (the same name as The Bionic Woman  [hall2_rolleyes]). He bonds with the kidnapped Maggie counterpart. They end up having sex. It's very Stockholm Syndrome.
Somebody gave me the book for Christmas one year. It was okay but I could certainly see why it was not published as a DS novel.

([pointing-up]  Not when the closest DS ever came to depicting sex was when we saw Bramwell putting his boots back on!!  [ghost_nowink])

It's sort of implied that Carolyn and Jeb have consummated their marriage but otherwise any carnal activity seems to occur off screen or as backstory. We're told that Quentin has been a very busy boy but what we see onscreen, is relatively innocuous.
