« on: July 01, 2003, 11:43:48 PM »I don't think that the stylishly conservative Brewster's Department Store would ever sell such unmitigated clothing "ca-ca" for men. I mean, can you ever imagine seeing either the distinguished Judge Cornelius Crathorne or the venerable Prof. T. Elliot Stokes, two faithful, longtime Brewster's customers, being even seen dead in such fetid fashions?
Quite obviously we're seeing the height of PT fashion. Everything about 1970PT is far more colorful than it is in 1970RT, from the clothes to the decor of Collinwood. And that specifically done to sharply contrast the darkness of the storyline and its two central characters (Quentin and Angelexis) against its/their colorful setting. And I'd have to say that the contrast couldn't possibly be more striking.
