A letter from Jonathan Frid
« on: August 26, 2007, 08:32:07 PM »
Found this at a horror con. I'll guess it's not a new sight to many of the veteran fans, but other newcomers like me might get a kick out of it. How fun it must have been to get one of these in the mail as a kid back then. If anyone knows more about this, please share.

Pic here!

Yeah, right.

Aw, were you left hanging 38 years ago, Retzev?  Frid's now signing photos of your choice on Ebay.  better late than never!

"...your special requests will be taken care of in the near future."

Yeah, right.

Yeah I was just thinking to myself, why in the world would he make a promise like that? There's clearly
no way he'd have any chance of fulfilling it, lol... I'm sure plenty of fans made some pretty bizarre special requests...

Perhaps Frid, in the wrongest thought he's ever thunk, assumed the kids would've outgrown and forgotten him and his show in six months' time...

THIS is cool.  I LOVE IT!!
If you like DS and want to have a fun  on a Facebook page that is open to all forms of DS and doesn't allow childish behavior like some groups; come on over to DIAESD! You do have to ask to be invited and I will approve you.
