We got 446 votes, yesterday, a significant increase! Dark Shadows was the 7th highest-scoring show yesterday; we beat Xena's daily vote total of 441!

A great total for a Friday!

Even with the voting issues, yesterday, Dark Shadows got 441 votes! Only 1.42 days to beat Scarecrow!

This could be attributed to two things:

1) Most of the voting problems are being experienced by voters in Europe; this may simply reflect that the majority of our voters are in the US and Canada, or,

2) With the sudden boost in Nominations votes for Moonlight (172, yesterday!), we may be receiving some support from Moonlight fans, which is much appreciated!

Hi, guys:

Still no solution from the tvvote.tv host, so we are prepared for the
return to our old location at http://www.richlabonte.net/tvvote

Plan on voting there tomorrow, Sunday January 19th. The site should be
active again early in the morning, hopefully by 7 AM EST, so go there
first after you open yer sleepy little peepers. The site is currently
updated (but not receiving votes), so it should go up around the world
pretty fast.

The site design changes we made for .tv have been transfered to the
old site, BTW, except for the streaming classic commercials. We may
bring them back in the future too.

Sorry, Lydia, to be more specific, apparently it was the European voters who have been having the problem. If you vote from pretty much anywhere else, you wouldn't have likely noticed the problem.

We also /barely/ kept our daily vote total above 400, at 402, yesterday... Now that we're back on the original voting site, things should be looking up in the next day or so.

Apologies to anybody who stayed up/got up to nab that extra vote at the changeover; if you got it in, you did better than I did, 'cause Rich snuck the switch in even earlier than I expected. I think he sleeps less than I do!
