a Shadowphile's dream come true -
« on: December 11, 2005, 06:42:38 AM »
During the bonus interview with Kathryn Leigh Scott on Disc 2 of DVD Collection 14, KLS is speaking about the DS Festivals and the friendships and romances that are forged there, when she raises her finger and proclaims that a DS actor married a fan!

What's the scoop?

I assume she's referring to Roger Davis -- about 10 years ago or so he married a fan he met at the Fest.  I remember seeing her there with him a couple of times -- I think her name was Donna.  They've since divorced.

I've never heard that either. You'd think it would be big news. [ChristmaS15]

It was news in fandom at the time, but mostly because people felt bad rather than happy for the fan and figured the marriage wouldn't last - which was ultimately proven right.  [santa_sad]  But probably the less said about that situation, the better.  [santa_lipsrsealed]

No lie!  My circle of friends and I laughed w/derision when we heard about the marriage!  We were like "What the f!?" We too felt bad for the fan, LOL!  [santa_evil]

"I know just the place!?Over in Logansport!"
"If ya feel it, SIT it!"
"Come on, before he offers me a side car too!"
"Her nose needed some powder!"
"You askin' me to give up something I like?"
