The 24 hours after the murder of Steve Burke was the longest "day" in soap opera history, huh, Unc? lol. I still refer back to it to this very day whenever I talk about how a 24 hour day on a soap can last for weeks. (At least that is how I remember the murder day.) I am so grateful for today's pacing when things usually come to a head quickly, or at least a lot quicker than they used to.
I wonder how the pacing will change in an on-line presentation? You might think that they would keep things popping to keep folks coming back, but that could be said for all media, I guess. I also wonder how long they will keep episodes available for viewing? A limit might be a good thing for determining 'stats'.
