I wonder how many bruises Nancy Barrett sustained in that last scene? That's one of the more physical fights on DS. Barrett and Rodan were wonderful.

I don't think I've seen either of them this good--especially in scenes that must've been difficult to do. Rodan takes a thankless, goofy part and gives such a layered performance; scenes like this also remind you of how Nancy Barrett can be when given more than just the usual rich, pouty Carolyn material.

Nice farewell to Angelique, Nicholas. Are you keeping her coffin in your basement, rather than burying it? Why?

Yeah, and that room! When Roger was showing him around, I guess he said: "Well, Nicholas, there's three bedrooms and two and a half baths...oh, and a secret room where you can keep your coffins!"

As for potential "surprise" guests, might either of the Halls be interested in attending?

But I've never liked the nickname "Vicki"; it sounds like a name for exotic dancers & truck stop waitresses...

I think my least favorite male name is Bramwell - it always makes me think of a new cookie by Nabisco. "Try our new Bramwells."

My least favorite female name is Roxanne. The name sounds somehow lurid to me, I don't know why.

Maybe you associate Roxanne with the Police song by the same name, which is about a hooker... ?!?

It's fortuitous that this subject has come up.  I found out last week that I'm about to be an uncle for the very first time and just yesterday I think I sold my little sister on the name "Grayson" for either a boy or a girl.  She really liked the way it sounded with her married surname and put in on the very short list of names for consideration.  

(patting Daphne's back) There, there...catch your breath.  Glad you like my bizarro world Barnabas & Julia. It would be fun to see her really take charge and start throwing shots at Angelique, wouldn't it?

I know a lot of people have absolutely no love for Riley, but he never really did affect me one way or another...he was okay in "As You Were"; his bride, on the other hand...
