The Singer

I was impressed with Amy singing Quentin's theme.  I can't really sing, and I've found the intervals rather awkward, and any time I've tried it, I know I don't get the tune right.  I thought she did a good job with it.

Yes, I noticed the other day - forget which show it was.
Totally in tune -- right on the money, and a sweet clear voice.  She was a very talented little girl IMHO.
Really enjoyed her yesterday!

Actually, I know someone else who ventured to sing "Quentin's Theme" on a network television appearance several years later. He seemed to find it a little challenging too. ;-)

ROFL!  Yes, and he sang it on Pat Sajak too (at least part of it).  Yep - I'd say Amy did a better job.  LOL
I don't know WHY actually....I mean, I LOVE listening to him sing on I Wanna Dance With You.  He's got a good ear.  Maybe he was just a little rusty!

Yeah - everybody go to Criseyde's and listen to David make a mess of Quentin's Theme!
No...no...it's really not that bad at all.  LOL  (What a sweetie)

Really? It makes me giggle uncontrollably every time I hear it. I'm sorry. I love the guy to pieces, but, as he has said himself, that part was just too high for his voice.

When he does Mame next month, his character sings the title song, presumably in a key much more suited to his voice. ;)

Giggle?  You giggle??  Aw -- it's SWEET.
Yeah - it may have been a little high for him, but he did fine!

Hey!!  Don't EVEN bring this up.  I'm dying 'cause I can't see him do this.  Oh my God...the title song.  This is too much to bear.

Is he gonna be dancing too???

Shoot me.  Just shoot me now.
