I *think* so. At least it appears to be more like a building than anything around the other two #4s does. 

I would think one of the other two, which are closer to the main house, would make more sense.  Matthew certainly didn't have to travel too far when he was needed.

Perhaps, supposedly like Collinsport itself, the cottage "changes its physical location intermittantly" as well.    When someone living there wants privacy to cast a spell or indulge in a tryst, the cottage is over near the west coastline - but when they're needed at Collinwood it shifts to one of the other #4 locations. 

I suppose only the map maker knows what the thinking was for having 3 different #4s.  :-

Maybe there is more than one caretaker's cottage?  And the caretaker had his choice of where he could live?

I believe that I have answered some of my own questions.  The resthome that Sabrina was living at was named Graham Resthome and it was near Shore Rd.  Isn't that interesting?    There was also another cemetary mentioned in the series named Stanhope Cemetary. The women's clothing store was named Jefferds.  The antique store had a name and it was Todd's Antique's.  I'm trying to track down the name of the apothecary shop where Angelique got her drugs during the 1897 flashback. It's been awhile since I've seen the 1897 storyline but I'm thinking she hid Barnabas out at a place called Shipwreck Pointe.
