So, Rainey, you're saying you could have quite a few of us over for coffee, eh? ;D

(I wanted smilies with coffee, but this was so weird looking, hey, why not)

The great thing about this point in Parallel Time is the opportunity to see two Graysons on screen at the same time.

I remember when Cher used to do that "Vamp" segment on her show.  She'd play different vampy women and at the end, they'd all appear on screen together through the magic of Chromakey.  Now, wouldn't it have been just too delicious to have all the Grayson characters on screen at the same time?  I'm sure the writers could have come up with some sort of disturbance in the space-time continuum that would have resulted in Julia, Nathalie, Magda, Hoffman, and the 1840/1 Julias all appearing in the same room.

John...what a great memory and idea.

That would've been alot of fun.

On today's calendar (FRIDAY!! 8/1) it says: Events: Lammas.... ??? ???

not llamas (which I'd question), not Lamas (as in Fernando)....

Happy Lammas (not Lamaz mind you, cause then Midnite might be trying to tell us something!! :-X  )

Hmmm - apparently, then, it would seem that, like so many companies before them, Dell has become a place of inflated egos where, instead of becoming more dedicated when the news of increasing sales and larger market shares are announced, the rush of power and placement in the industry makes them completely forget how they got there in the first place. ::)

MB...I think it quite 'extraordinary' that directly beneath your message...is your very unique logo >:D

Re: Best Buy, not librarians -- God bless (some) of them.   ;D

However, my current experience with Dell has been hell on earth -- I made an upgrade, for which I've been charged over $300 but didn't get what I paid for and have been at their mercy for the past three weeks with no resolution in sight.

Now I find out that I could have found almost the same thing -- actually a Compaq Presario with more memory and a faster processor from Best Buy online.

Still exhausted and at the mercy of Dell, whose customer "care" staff couldn't "care" less.

Vlad...if you have a minute...cruise over to Testing 123 & go to page 3; see Thread "General Computer Questions" (I think started by Josette) and see what I have to say about Dell.

ER...I too find it creepy, but I know from being on the phone w/various help lines (Microsoft, Verizon & Dell) that it is all over the place; don't think it's a 'bigger' thing than when you put your return address on your envelope.
And honey...don't forget...if it says, "You are currently at IP address 12345678 and using att.com, it only shows that to you, none of the rest of us see yours, just our own.

Have a good day,

even though it was closed because it was unstable.  Those were the days when they weren't as strict about worrying if the whole thing collapsed.  Double-features - remember those?  They went the way of taking chances with unstable structures.

Yes...the local theatre by me had an orchestra pit!!!
(I didn't realize until recently, this theatre must have been what's known as 'seconds'...I musta seen Willie Wonka about 2 trillion time...was it worth $5.00 for my dad to get rid of 3 daughters for a few hours every Saturday...)?
You do the math >:D

Gerard...have read it...it's great & makes it easier.
But I agree, if DS were on today, there'd be 'spin off' shows on just DS PT/RT travel ::)

BTW...my kids are home....does anyone know a quick exit/entrance to PARALLEL TIME? ;D

Doombuggy...never noticed that (at least I don't remember).
But, if you think about it...that could lead to someone in 1970PT saying:
Barnabas is presumed dead; we found his cane.
First, is the 'non-regular' guy Mr. Best? (or was he should I say)?

Also...it's ick ick her, glad the sci-fi logo is right smack-dab in middle of her neck.

Gorgeous pic of yum-yum Carolyn!
