No idea what the numbering refers to or if they are just listed in random order, but identified by a number. But, if there is a significance, both shows are very low in the list and I find it hard to believe that Originals comes in as 25 with Elementary as 34.

The numbers have no significance. Numbers 1 through 27 simply come up alphabetically, then I suppose they added the other shows as they got info on them.

I looked up some recaps of the last episode and one of them compared the premise to the old show "Early Edition," when a cat delivered a newspaper to a man every day - and it was the next day's paper, and he would try to prevent tragedies that were to happen. I had completely forgotten that there was such a series.
I was checking the listings for Decades to see if it switched to Start, and while it's still listed as Decades, as of the 3rd all of the listings were different than usual, so I'm assuming it's the Start lineup. And, it turns out that there are 3 episodes of "Early Edition" every day! In case anyone is interested, it starts at 2 AM Tuesday. It was really a funny coincidence seeing it mentioned in connection with Elementary and just then I see that it's starting to be shown.

([pointing-up] What I think is even more interesting than that is that, with the exception of Early Edition, it seems like all the other series the network is running feature strong female lead characters: Cold Case, The Closer, Medium, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, The Profiler, etc. They would seem to be trying to attract a female audience, so maybe Kyle Chandler was thrown in for eye candy. yes i was asking if they were together as a couple and apparently they aren't. thanks for the article i must have missed that. honestly it doesn't bother me one way or another if they choose to have them stay friends or as a couple i'll still watch the show either way. if they had written them as a couple i would hope that net season it would be written well.
but since they kept them friends i'm okay with that too.... i do agree with others online who have said they like it that there is no will they or won't they kind of thing i do agree with that 100% cause that crap gets tiring i think, cause they can beat it to death and than lose the fan base and if it's done badly that's even worse.

i saw that and it breaks my heart but not as much as Criminal Minds ending. that one sadly is ending next season. they are for some reason only doing 10 episodes which i really hate when they do that cause it feels rushed at times rather than it being a full season.
yeah i know next season is season 15 but STILL i could watch that show with new episodes forever. so i am losing 2 shows that one and of course Elementary
