Dark Shadows Complete Music Library Now Available!

This one of a kind collection features the most popular hits from the Dark Shadows series.  The music you loved & revered for so many years is now available from MPI Home Video!

As a thank you for your membership in the Dark Shadows DVD Club, you'll receive $13 OFF the list price of $59.98.

This eight disc CD set includes the Grammy-nominated hit Quentin's Theme.

The 1966-1971 ABC-TV Gothic daytime series Dark Shadows remains one of the most unique programs in broadcasting history. Much of the show's atmosphere of romance and suspense can be attributed to its highly popular musical score, composed by Robert Cobert.

In 1969, THE ORIGINAL MUSIC FROM DARK SHADOWS album hit the Top 20 and it remains in the top five most successful television soundtrack releases of all-time. The show also spawned a top ten single, Quentin's Theme, which received a Grammy nomination.

Now, for the first time, the entire music library from the original Dark Shadows series, covering hundreds of cues, is collected in this digitally remastered eight disc set, including many rare, never-before-heard alternate and outtake selections. In addition, the enclosed booklets feature a new interview with composer Robert Cobert, photos and vintage production listings for every track.

All orders received before December 11th also receive a FREE bonus CD. BOB COBERT - A Different View showcases Robert Cobert's diverse musical background with Big Band, Jazz, Disco & Bossa Nova tracks.

Testing. 1, 2, 3... / Re: Spoiler Box Contents Always On Display

MB, midnite....

By the way, the Spoiler box doesn't seem to be working for me.  By the time I see it, and my red alert goes off in my head and says to stop reading, I'm already partway through.   I wonder if anyone else has that problem.   It's like reaction time when you're driving, I guess.   The only thing I can think of is allowing a few blank lines before the spoiler.

All spoilers remain hidden until your mouse cursor passes over them.  So would it help to keep it pointed at a location outside the posts?  Spoiler boxes already make reading the posts a bit choppy, and it might worsen with extra blank lines.

Quote
but then what's a spoiler for me is dofferent than for someone else, and most of mine won't even get boxed.   It's 1968 for me.   So i'll just have to make do as best I can.

Hmm, I honestly don't know what '68 spoilers are getting by.   [scratch2]  Sorry about that!

Roger is listed as a guest at the next Burbank show (February 16 and 17, 2007) along with Ben Murphy in an "Alias Smith and Jones" reunion.   No other DS alumni are listed at this time (although, if I'm not mistaken, none of the listed DS guests ended up attending the October show).  For more info:  Sharon and Ray Courts' Hollywood Collectors & Celebrities Show

Thanks, Kosmo!
