P.S., Does one HAVE to be a Canadian to make the nomination? The page requests one's town and province, nothing about the USA, which I suppose is to be expected--- one might assume they want the process to come from citizens of Canada.
Plus it appears they require rather more personal information than I prefer to give them (phone#, etc.) Any further info would be appreciated....
