Back from Mexico and New Orleans--and thanks!
« on: November 06, 2002, 12:43:49 AM »
I'm back from my trips to Mexico (lovely sun, lovely water and cheap cheap cerveza and tequila) and New Orleans.  Can I just rave forever about N.O.  What a great town . .i feel a B & J & Q story coming on. in which they meet Priestess Miriam on North Rampart street at her voodoo temple. . well, i got an African bone reading. . so can Q  . .which leads me to thank those of you who expressed appreciation of my Disparate Destinies story on the JuliaHoffman.com website.

Its good to be back, seems as if i've missed a great deal of . . uh hum. .drama?  Midnite can I buy you a drink?  [beer]

Can we get a cocktail emoticon? .

Hee hee, sure.  And welcome back!

But I'm fine, really... especially since it's getting close to an evening with friends seeing Selby on stage. :D

Speaking of your story, I've been meaning to tell you that I applaud its dedication to Bette!  Also, in case you weren't aware, DS Forums was named juliahoffman.com's site of the month, whee!!!

Welcome back, Julia. Where were you in Mexico? I just returned from Cozumel and Progreso (among several other ports) a couple of days ago.

Welcome Home Julia.  I've been to NO and hated to leave. I've never been to Mexico though.  [wavey]
Cassandra:  I have a potion.  You know it well.  As soon as she drinks it, within an hour, she will go to sleep and have the dream.
Nicholas:  I am much to talented to spend my time drugging drinks.

I'm jealous.  I've been to New Orleans twice for new years eve.  I'm guessing it wasn't as much of a mad house and it is around the holidays.  MMM I could use a bineight or a hurricane right now.(What a combination, right?)
