The repeated close-ups of Mr. "Hi, like my medieval frisbee?!" keep giving the impression that he has some significance, when he doesn't.Hmm, I'm thinking that should be Ms. On account of her lady lumps.
Barnabas is being creepy to people in this episode. Why?I don't know!! It's like he was channeling Boris Karloff when he asked Hallie, "You're not afraid of me, are you?" Intimidating much?
Except for the addition of an open doorway next to the fireplace, Stokes' living room set is identical to the room we saw in Mrs. Fillmore's home in Collinsport. It has the same front door, the same half-paneled back wall with shuttered windows (already used multiple times, including Seaview house, the 2nd Worthington Hall, and Frank Garner's office) and the same brick fireplace (once part of Rev. Trask's room). But of course his home is in Rockport, so Stokes can't be living in the same house occupied by Mrs. Fillmore in 1897...--there's even a topic dedicated to the Seaview set with photos.)
It was surprising to see Daphne and Gerard physically handle that note, and then to see Gerard tearing it up manually.
