If you don't want to know the circumstances surrounding Friday's entry in this slideshow, then don't read any further...
[spoiler]Friday's quote:
Ep #476 (1968) - Barnabas - 'She will enjoy making me suffer before she makes her big move, and that's why I MUST make my move now.'
From "#0475/0476: Robservations 05/09/02: Give Me Jeff Clark's Face!"
Barn says he understands Lang's reluctance to talk of his work, but doesn't feel Lang has concealed anything. Julia has one question--how will it free Barn from the curse? He can't tell her that without revealing the nature of the experiment. An operation? asks Julia. Yes, admits Barn, but the risk is very small. Julia is worried, she doesn't want him to go through with it--the risk is too great. I have the opportunity to be a free man! says Barnabas. Or a dead one, counters Julia, and permanently, this time. That might not be so bad, says Barn (oh, that's sad!), and she reminds him that his life has taken a better turn in the past week--you can go on this way indefinitely. No, says Barn, Angelique is here to place the curse on me, and won't be in any hurry--she'll want to watch me suffer, so I must make my move--if I wait any longer, it will be too late. Julia gazes at him with love and concern.

Again the Robservations may have paraphrased it, but at least it does reference the quote...
As an aside, back in '88 when I was watching DS in syndication, the part of this scene that surrounds the quote was used as a promo by the station airing DS. The promo began with Julia saying "In the past week your life has taken a change for the better" and ended with Barnabas saying "If I wait any longer, it will be too late...too late," and the music stinger swelling.
