Outtasight!

I used to have this issue.  Ya know, once I entered a contest - "Win A Date With Jonathan Frid".
Needless to say....I didn't win.

 :'(

PS  They should have had the contest be, "Win The Assurance You'll Never Have To Have Dinner With Roger Davis".   Heh heh ha ha hee... (ahem)

Q:  "You know Roger, I have enough problems lately dealing with my ditzy wife without having to put up with your sarcasm and high and mighty attitude."

R:  "Hmmmphhh."

PS  I've seen Orson Bean in a commercial recently.  [thumb]

I got one of these yesterday -- was surprised to still be on their mailing list.  Only thing is, every time I've gotten one, it's been addressed to "Connie & Christina".  Who the hell is Christina?  [idontknow]

David Selby as Roger Collins??  Um.....okay.   ;D

Or, there could be 30 minute segments with Mike Douglas interviewing each cast member.

That sounds good but not with Mike Douglas -- somebody else.

How's about:

*The Divine Chef - With Grayson Hall*
Joy of Painting - With David Selby
Let's Sing! - With David Selby
Assertiveness Training - With Willie Loomis
My Bunny Ears - With KLS
Girl Talk - Starring KLS & Kathy Cody

Joy of Anything - With David Selby (airs once a week)

 ;)

Julia:  "A garlic press, Willie?  A GARLIC Press?!?"

Willie:  "Hey, what d'ya want!  I was right in the middle of dinner!"

Carl: (sob sob)  "And I thought it might be my Pansy..."

Oh this is so bad  :-X

Announcer:  "Today on Dark Shadows...Quentin's eyes match his tie perfectly - as he finds to his horror, that a stagehand has jokingly put curlers in the hair of his wife's corpse."

This makes no sense at all. [nut]

Oh!  So THAT'S why I'm always seeing the majority of girls/women dressed like sluts -- from middle school all the way up through college.

It's some sort of radical, feminist statement.   ::)

Okay.  I get it.

Quentin:  "Ya know Trask, I thought I was finally RID of that Bruno creature when my wife died.  But if you keep saying, "Play it again", we'll NEVER be rid of him!"

I'd buy it just for Grayson's commercial.

Steve,
What episode # is this?

For those of you who read my "unofficial" novel, Dark Shadows: The Labyrinth of Souls, the "Xianges arachnid" in that is a close cousin to the critter on this cover.

Eeeeewwww.  Ugh....

Is THAT what it looks like?  (and those colors too?)  I didn't picture it looking like that.

I gotta re-read that.

Thanks for the link, Criseyde.  (This woman seems to know where links are to EVERYTHING)

Hmm....sorry.  It seems like a rather harmless, cute little joke.  Maybe it wouldn't be to someone very close who was in deep mourning.  Then again, they might laugh if they heard it a year or two later.
Anyway, it's not my place to find it offensive or not offensive.  I'm a bit surprised that he was mentioned though.  I don't think many viewers would know the name.

(Liked the little "bullshit" thing.  I've never heard NBC let that word by on Letterman before)

 :)
