I found this website that hosts a lot of videos, and I searched for DS, of course, but I found this incredibly funny "music video" of Julia and Barnabas during the 1970 PT/1995 storyline set to "Love Is a Battlefield." Here's the link, but beware of spoilers: Dark Shadows: Barnabas & Julia "Love Is A Battlefield" (http://www.youtube.com/w/Dark-Shadows%3A-Barnabas-%26-Julia-%22Love-Is-A-Battlefield%22?v=ihyWigwZuZQ&search=Dark%20Shadows).
(I hope this is the correct forum for this, and I hope no one's posted this before.)

Actually, that video was made by our own cousin! DStoDA!
He has a whole slew of videos he's put together on his website.

The Search feature is very useful for locating archived material. And speaking of which, if you enter "Love Is a Battlefield" into the search box for the Calendar boards, you'll find a few different topics with discussions about that particular video. :D

I definitely should have thought before posting, but I was so struck by seeing my favourite TV show mixed with one of my favourite '80s songs. ;)
Thanks for the link, Ian!

Actually, Andre, I've been meaning to post about DS to DA's videos in the Parallel Time 1970 thread.
For those who are fans of that storyline, he has a couple of really excellent videos that use scenes from it. Excellent work!

Yeah, he has four videos on his website for it, and yes...they all rock. ;)

I really like the one on the main page, "Hallelujah" ...and was wondering if this video was shown at a DS festival, I love hearing the audience reaction to certain scenes.

I do too! I didn't see it at the last Fest, and it looks to have been created since then. It sounds as if the audience reaction is part of the music download. (Otherwise, I'd expect Don Briscoe's bare chest to have brought the house down. :P)
Pierson did play some of DLA75's music vids at the last Fest, however. If you see this, hon, they were terrific!

I haven't watched them all...yet! But I'm LOVING what I'm seeing!! These are *fan-f'ing-tastic*! He should put these on DVD and SELL them! I'd buy it!! So far my faves are Fields of Barley and the Divided Loyalty one! I HAVE to see 1995 now! Oh, and I liked the Opening one that was like the opening to Young and the Restless.

Forgot to ask, who sings the song Halleluiah? I love that song! ;D
-
Wow, I'd never seen either "Hallelujah" or "Fields of Barley" before. Fantastic work!
He did some promo videos that he appears to have taken down, and it's a pity, because they really rocked the house! One of the PT 1970 videos was among them. I also really liked the one he did around the Liz/Jason storyline.

There's 3 pages of videos and I'm pretty sure there was a PT 1970 promo type on there. ;) Did you check all three pages?
-
No, I didn't! I thought there was just the one pages.
Sometimes (sometimes??) I'm such a Luddite.
Thanks, Buzz!
