Sudd was a member of a cult that menaced Howard the Duck back in the 1970's. It made quite an impression on me.

Sudd belonged to a diabolical organization (is there any other kind?) called  SOOFI, which stood for Save Our Offspring From Indency. This being the 1970's, the leader of the organization was unmasked but not shown full face. Howard the Duck is astonished to see that the leader is female.
