The San Francisco TV Critic Tim Goodman discusses the theory behind lost which is parallel times/lives and a documentary about the scientist, Hugh Everett III, who theorized it and the repurcussions on his professional and private life (not good):

Great article - especially if you're a Lost fan, which I am.

And I definitely recommend watching NOVA's Parallel Worlds, Parallel Lives.

I am thinking about renting Lost on Netflix. I recently discoverd Netflix and boy am I hooked! ;)  I am trying to keep away from Sesaon Six of Lost. I know a lot about past seasons but I think it would still be fun.  My bro loves the show and has told me about "PARALLEL TIIIIIIIIIIME!" Which he always has me say in my best Grayson voice! ;)
